Menu Plan Monday

With last week's menu plan being so helpful, I've decided to continue. We didn't exactly stick to plan, but we came very close. We had to go buy more milk on Thursday, so we need to make sure we budget enough for our little milk drinkers.

I don't have a total yet for food for this week. I tried to go to the grocery store yesterday afternoon, but they were closed for Easter. Bizarre, but..oh well. I"ll get it done this afternoon. I'm off to an interview first thing though this morning. Wish me luck!

Anyway, here's our plan:

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal, apple slices
  • Mid-morning Snack:
  • Lunch: Ham salad sandwiches, raw baby carrots
  • Dinner: Beef Stroganoff

  • Breakfast: Eggs and Potatoes
  • Mid-morning Snack:
  • Lunch: Leftovers
  • Dinner: Slow cooker Turkey Chili

    Wednesday: Vegetarian
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal, fruit salad
  • Mid-morning Snack: Fresh fruit
  • Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches,
  • Dinner: Spaghetti and Garlic Bread

  • Breakfast: Egg Sandwiches (egg whites for me!) apple slices
  • Mid-morning Snack: Animal Crackers
  • Lunch: Leftover Spaghetti, Chili, or Sandwiches
  • Dinner: Chicken Drumsticks, Broccoli and Cheese

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh grapes
  • Mid-morning Snack: Fruit
  • Lunch: Leftovers
  • Dinner: Roasted Chicken and mixed veggies

  • Breakfast: Pancakes, apple slices
  • Mid-morning Snack:
  • Lunch: Chicken Salad Sandwiches
  • Dinner: Leftover chicken

  • Breakfast: Eggs, Potatoes
  • Mid-morning Snack: Church!
  • Lunch: Indian Butter Chicken
  • Dinner: Leftovers from lunch, or out with Grandparents.
